13. There was one who said that "reason" for his prime time speech was

to recognize that it's the one year anniversary of Iraq getting it's own government...ummm...great, except the REASON for his prime time horse and pony act is Rove and Hughes seeing chimp's poll numbers so low that they are crashing thru Hell's basement!

Scary thought..since the prime time charade is NOT going to help him and his regime, will they now plan yet another 9/11 in order to rally everyone to chimp's side??? They can't "capture" Osama since they need him for future pre-election scare tactics/video.
Guess we will be able to tell in the next few weeks. BUT chimp does have his August vacation plans and Lord knows NOTHING gets in the way of his vacation time, so we should all be fine for a while.
