A nuclear option for the Dems on Judiciary

Message to Bush/Rove:

Nominate a moderate or EVERY question will be on Bush v. Gore. The nation will finally get a long overdue civics lesson. Every day, more people will finally learn how they were betrayed by that partisan and treasonous edict.

They'll discover they have the chutzpah if enough of us make noise about it. Or they'll discover that they don't have the chutzpah to deny us!

In reality, it doesn't require much chutzpah to start floating the threat at the staff level.
