1. I voted no
Time is selling out its own reporter. They should be ashamed.

10. To paraphrase Fitzgerald, they're not protecting a whistleblower...
...they're protecting a criminal who retaliated against a whistleblower. (Okay, I added the "criminal" part.)

7. bush (41) (poppy) had once said that anyone outing
cia was "the most insidious of traitors".
http://www.cia.gov/cia/public_affairs/speeches/1999/bush_speech_042699.html

how ironic would it be if it was his kid that made the phone calls to novak, miller, cooper, etc--and we charge this "president" with treason?

12. "BLOWING THE COVER" - not "outing"!!!
We're talking about a CIA AGENT, not a drag queen!!

"v. out·ed, out·ing, outs
v. intr.
To be disclosed or revealed; come out: Truth will out."
http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=outing

besides, i meant it as an excursion such as going on a little outing/picnic in the afternoon on saturday. :P :P :P :P

11. It's a trick question. Reporters shouldn't have to release the names...
...of whistleblowers. But this was a criminal who was retaliating on a whistleblower. Ignore MSRNC.

4. Time is looking at a hefty fine
Corporate whores do not want to pay the fine -- expect them to cave for financial reasons.

6. I voted yes...and here is why
The source BROKE the law, IMO committed treason by outing Plame. There is a world of difference in say...Deep Throat, who was outing people that had COMMITTED crimes. If the source is directing you toward someone doing bad, then they should be protected at all cost.
