Bush Still Doesn't Get It: It's Time to Get Bin Laden

BUSH: "The only way our enemies can succeed is if we forget the lessons of September 11 ... if we abandon the Iraqi people to men like Zarqawi ... and if we yield the future of the Middle East to men like Bin Laden."

Bush doesn't get it. There's an easy way to make sure we don't "yield the future of the Middle East" to bin Laden: catch him.

Rumsfeld: August is almost here, maybe we could put Hasturd in charge for a few weeks and let W. stay in Crawford until after Labor Day.

Rove: It's "tert" not "turd". Hastert! Okay I'll talk to Dennis and see what he thinks. In the meantime, keep the president behind closed doors. And, before he leaves, have him sign the order that appoints John Bolton ambassador.

Rumsfeld: Sorry on the name. Listen Karl, I was hoping to leave DC early tomorrow. Can't McClellan take care of shadowing the president?
