By the way, Clinton is an INSANELY good speaker. The main message of his speech was 'Interdependence' - and that realizing Interdependence is really a necessary element of any sort of global environment. He made it a point to say that his administration's policy was "Cooperate where you can, go it alone if you must" - as opposed to Chimpy's "Go it alone if you can, only cooperate if you must" - and laid out several historical examples of why Clinton's technique is alot more sound.

So, come Nov, 2004 - A B B!
