U.S. will withdraw troops from Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan at republics' request: expert

The United States could withdraw its military bases from Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan at the request of these republics rather then the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO asks.
