so, have the GOP issued the new talking points on London?
Faux mention that there could be 'good news' from the London bombing and Rush Limpballs claimed that it wasn't that bad, but so far it seems that the messages from the GOP spew machine hasn't been able to focus on one set of points for the dimwits

1. They all flail around with foot in mouth disease
until Rove puts out the talking points. Then the mantra begins.

2. So, it is Rove that issues the talking points.
All along I thought it was Limbaugh, but Rove makes more sense. If he is convicted, who will take over?

4. You are partly right in my opinion
There is a select group of evil geniuses somewhere that debate each event and conceptualizing the talking points and how to handle objections or counter arguments. Rove is primal in this process but far from alone. Imagine the time and money spent to manipulate the populace for their enrichment. Sickening.

6. MSM is trying to link Muslims to this...
The mantra seems to be "Radical Muslims"... Of course they repeat this meme a few hundred times a day to condition average Americans to automatically think "radical" whenever they hear the word Muslim. Just watch, there will be an uptick in the number of people who pair the words "radical" and "muslim" together.

I find it very interesting that this was the theme of *'s primetime "address" last week, which of course "justifies *'s attack on Iraq.

They are just repeating RNC talking points to brainwash the masses into being scared of Muslims and supporting the war on Iraq.

7. I keep hearing talking points about what liberals will say
about the bombings in London. They keep telling their audience what liberals are going to say. They being hannity, ingraham, severin. They keep saying it over and over. Supposedl we are going to say we should meet with AQ and hear them out, try to address their concerns.

I keep yelling at the radio - no, I am saying, Bush is screwing up this whole situation. We need some leadership. If Bush was going to fight in Iraq, why did he do it in such a dumb ass way? At the very basic core, accepting that Bush did what he did, why can't he do a better job at it?

8. It proves the president was right. I.e., ...
... the exact opposite of what it actually proves.

The responsibility for the attacks lies with the killers. (Whistle...whistle... don't blame us; it's them.)

Liberals should not make a political issue out of the terrorist attacks of 7/7. That shows a lack of respect for the dead.

10. GOP scared to try to score points on this. UK might withdraw troops.
See George Galloway's statement. GB already hopping mad anout DSM. Thinks Blair was suckered into war by *. If they see Fox News and Rove using this like 9-11, they might well pull out of Iraq altogether.

11. Of course, if a Dem came vaguely close to uttering such crap,
they'd all be beside themselves demanding apologies, etc. - and you know what - we'd be giving 'em, too!

So why do we hear only crickets chirping?

12. Liberals caused the bombing
by being weak on terror.

Britain's liberal immigration policy caused the bombing by letting in brown people.

The bombers were Iraqis. But they wouldn't have been there if it weren't for all those liberals protesting the war.

Really, the talking points are very predictable.

13. Here's another "This attack was not very successful (only 50 killed)"
Al Queda has been seriously damaged by Bush's policies. Couldn't even manage to put together a halfway decent bomb thanks to the courage and resolve of president Bush.
