Republican kicks republicans butt in LA runoff

Two female republicans were in a runoff for a Louisiana State Senate Seat Saturday. (The incumbent died). The race started off fairly civil and then the more conservative and better known of the two candidates went negative. Her opponent, another republican and not quite as conservative, immediately went totally medieval on her ass. The lesser of the two conservatives won the race 51%-49%. The more conservative whined after the election about how positive her campaign had been. Hellen Keller would have seen other wise. Lessons learned (in this race):

don't go negative - win the election.

If your opponent goes negative, kick ass intensely - win the election.

1. Lesson learned..don't go negative

How did we learn that lesson when the winner was the one who went negative the hardest. The lesson I take from it is that voters are stupid. That either one of these POS won shows the Character of America.

2. She (the one that won the race) did not roll over and quit

when the other candidate tossed the first shovel of crap. She responded in kind immediately. I believe the district will be better served by the winner, who most likely has declared herself a republican to make her more attractive in a very conservative district. If Kerry had responded in like manner he would be in the white house today.

Kerry had the right end of the stick with his "crooks and liars" remark. But his fatal error was laying back while the Smear Boat Liars For Bush sailed all over him.

They're nothing but animals and bullies, and the only thing animals and bullies respect is being bullied back. As George Galloway and this woman could tell you, the way to stay on the moral high road is to let the low-roaders know that you won't hesitate to take a detour right up their asses!

4. Thank you, thank you very much

It was a marvel to see on local TV ads. As soon as miss prim and proper moral values started going negative her opponent kicked ass relentlessly. Miss Prim was visibly taken aback and started running ads about how negative her opponent was, but Miss Prim threw the first punch and got knocked out in the process because her opponent chose to fight and win. Miss Prim's DUI conviction and her ties to tobacco companies weren't part of the campaign until SHE went negative.

FYI, Hardrock Cafe in Biloxi is due to open soon sporting the world's largest Guitar as a sign out front. (I'm assuming you may like rock - "rocknation." It will probably make the news eventually as a Hurricane blows the guitar to Atlanta.
