A separatist group called in ahead of time, presumabley with a warning. This is being reported on CNN every few minutes. I also heard there were bombs in Lebanon.

and that's why Bush ass-kisser Jose Maria Aznar's government got tossed out on their asses. He tried his best to make it look like an ETA Basque separatist production.
