Rove Has Given Aid and Comfort to the Enemy.

Remember, Bush has said repeatedly that (paraphrasing) "we will hunt down those who wish to destroy us wherever they may be." Seems to me that Rove and, dare I also suggest, DICK CHENEY are giving aid to the "terrorists" by committing TREASON by outing Valerie Plame.

What do the FReepers think about real honest to goodness TREASON?

I hope that the FReepers among us will one day understand that we here at DU and all other liberals LOVE AMERICA. Those who pretend to love this country are the ones who are destroying the USA and are the ones who have dealt with the terrorists, armed the terrorists, supported the terrorists and truly hate us. Remember FReepers, there is no USA without US.

How does this square with George W. Bush's "war on terror?" How can Bush claim to "protect" the American people against terrorism when he and his minions publicize secret CIA information for all the world to see and read?

I think regardless of how Rove and the rest come out of this investigation, the focus of this policy disaster should be on the fact that Bush revealed secret American intelligence in his "war on terror" that jeopardizes American troops and American citizens. He gave terrorists around the world a look at a secret CIA operation. At best, this makes Bush a bumbling fool and we, as a nation that experienced terrorist acts on our soil, CANNOT AFFORD a bumbling fool in the White House giving secret information to terrorists during these troubled times.

This should be the mantra repeated often to the freepers and the fundies: Your man let us down! He gave America's secrets to the enemy! He cannot be trusted to be President!
