I would love nothing more than the party that has scared the shit out of America with their incompetence and malfeasance to be on trial for compromising the name of a counter terrorism specialist thereby jeopardizing her and all her contacts during the 06 mid terms.

charge of this country any longer than is necessary. They've done enough damage already. Even if Fitzgerald brought charges tomorrow, it would still take a good chunk of time for the courts to determine their fate.

I suppose that is more likely to lead to televised congressional hearings after the 2006 election if we can get a Dem majority, but I doubt that Fitzgerald will wait that long.

8. I'd rather it be unresolved including convictions for the mid terms

with indictments leveled and court dates upcoming...gives us the room to harp on everything from the lies, corruption in Iraq, costs of war, compromises to national security and leaves Rove so tied up that Karen Hughes can't pedal fast enough on her own. Throw both of those people off balance and make them stutter and we are in a great position with Reid's leadership and ability to land short, precise verbal blows.

If, in fact, Libby is the other leak and Cheney did lie to the grand jury, it could go down like Watergate with Cheney going first....Rove going down and Bush resigning shortly after he gives his "I am not a crook" speech...
