Fox is without shame
Jim Angle/ Brit Hume story on Rove/Plame was so twisted it reeked tonight.

Why doesn't Fox just change their name to Republican Propaganda Network?

4. How about The Crap Network?
Crap is nice and easy to say!

"I'm Brit Hume for Crap News ..."
"This is John Gibson with a Crap News alert ..."
"I'm Bill O'Reilly and this is Crap!"

2. Why does anyone put themselves through the agony of watching
these clowns get paid a damn good salary for telling lies to an ignorant viewership. Anyone with any intelligence is just gonna come away angry (as you did). And you know it's coming even before you tune in.

11. Sometimes, ya just gotta watch...
Also, it forewarns the masses what kind of drivel they'll ALL be spouting for the week.

3. Fox is a WH surogate.
"At today's White House press briefing, ABC News chief White House correspondent Terry Moran called Fox News a "surrogate" for the administration.

MORAN: ... Fox News and other surrogates are essentially saying that the conversation lasted for two minutes and that the subject was ostensibly welfare reform. They’re getting that information from here, from Karl Rove.

MCCLELLAN: And, again, you’re asking questions that are related to news reports about an ongoing, continuing investigation. And you’ve had my response on that...

Thinkprogress.com caught the exchange. "

9. My latest tactic has been ridicule.
If I am having a discussion with anyone about politics, and they bring up Faux news talking points, I laugh at them. And I say, "You don't REALLY watch Fox News, do you?"

10. Shame is over $60/barrel

Considering how much they need, it's out of their price range.

Slightly more seriously, the White House is the last part of the federal government that hasn't, in Republican eyes, been discredited on ethics. If/when that credibility breaks down, the whole faith-based/'trust' crapola breaks down for them.
