It doesn't matter what capacity she was working in at the time the leak was made. Heck, she could have just been on in-house assignment until her next undercover gig came up.

5. Just thought I'd mention what I heard because 2 callers called in

with same "frame" in about 90 seconds. Seems like an effort to frame how the whole thing is perceived. Of course, they're totally ignoring the whole ongoing grand jury investigation!
