This is exactly what is going on. Fitzgerald's life is being examined under the microscope. If he cheated on a book report in sixth grade, we will soon hear about it. This is Rove's modus operandi -- ruin the reputation of your opponent, which is evidence supporting the finding that his outing of Plame was intentional, not inadvertent. He has a history of outing people over and over.

a) Fitz is completely squeaky clean, which nobody on earth really is... or

b) There are seeeeeerious penalties for tampering with a Grand Jury investigation, which publicly defaming the prosecutor is no doubt direct evidence of?
