consider: all this desperate spin to save Rove is from...Rove.
who has been their spin master all this time....Rove.
who has been their smear master all this time...Rove
who has been their master of distraction all this time...Rove
who has been their master of dirty tricks all this time...Rove.

all these talking points, the flurry of desperate spin, the attacks on wilson, all have rove written all over them.

so that means, the little piggy spider is spinning all these flimsy webs out, trying desperately to save his own sizzling fat ass.

Just wanted to share that bit of juicy revelation with you.

It ISN"T the white house protecting Rove, it ISN"T Bush protecting Rove, it ISN"T mcclellan protecting Rove, ITS ROVE PROTECTING ROVE.

4. Rove Still Controls Nearly All of the Media
The press corps is being permitted a little display that nobody will see
so they can still claim some pretense of objectivity, but when KKKarl
calls the network CEOs, they still do his bidding.

2. I had a thought yesterday.
You're absolutely right, it is all about "Rove protecting Rove". And if he couldn't do that anymore, well, he never struck me as the kind of person who would go to prison by himself.

If the courts are able to find him guilty of treason or perjury or whatever, I have a feeling Bush and his cronies are going to be in trouble. You know Rove knows everything - all the lies about WMD, those checks to Diebold, the reasons behind all of *'s forehead boo-boos - all the sordid truths behind the facade.

And I bet we'll hear about it the week after KKKarl is sentenced to go away. Cause he's too selfish and egotistical to let himself go down for the administration *by himself*.

3. Yes, I've been imagining that
Rove is dictating the strategy and talking points etc for his own problem.

It is intriguing, in a way. Obviously he loses any distance from the problem and issue he deals with. You have to wonder if it decreases his "effectiveness" as a lying, devious, amoral, spinmeister. (He does have dual citizenship US and German)

6. You got it! Who writes the talking-point spins at the WH? KKKarl himself
