If a cop shoots a crackhead bank robber armed with an Uzi

after a 100 mph car chase he gets put on administrative leave while there is an investigation. If * is going to stick to this "pending investigation" bullshit shouldn't he put Turd Blossom on administrative leave until it's over? Just asking.
