1. Cooper can't even have his OWN lawyer in the Grand Jury room

Cooper can talk about what he's said, but aside from the prosecution, lawyers aren't present.

outside the grand jury room and ask him questions before answering. At least that's how it used to be.

this is completely immoral...you cannot have representation, if you do not answer any questions you can be imprisoned.
