1. Joe Wilson talked about a meeting between an Iraqi delegation and...

...the Nigeriens which was assumed to be requested by Iraq for the purpose of obtainiong uranium. The delegation was given an audience but the PM purposely steered the conversation with them away from any discussion of yellowcake. It was clear that nothing ever came of the episode.

The information about this meeting was, in fact, a new development, not referred to by any other informants. Wilson gave it to his CIA debriefer, and this is stated in the Senate Intelligence Panel's report.
