authorize her husband's trip to Niger, and that this was confirmed by the CIA, even though it was questioned by Chairman Roberts and two other Rethugs in the addendum to their Intelligence Committee report.

Also, Andrea made clear that Valerie Plame was definitely undercover--a covert operative, a NOC--non-official cover.

This report is the one that Chairman Roberts agreed in February, 2002, to complete after the election, Phase II--how intelligence was used in the run up to the Iraq War. This is what Senator Kerry is urging in his letter. Write your Senators tonight! This is all tied together.

Are they now ignoring what Andrea Mitchell just said? Stephen Hayes, The American Standard, is trying very hard to ignore her. Andrea is now setting him straight explaining that others had gone to Niger and found the same thing in Niger that Wilson found.

1. My Senator is Roberts -- hahahaha. When people say "write your
Senator, I think,'can a mere mortal change the mind of SATAN?' I don't think so."

Sure he's a Republican, but who knew that he wouldn't even come for up for air while he's kissing Bush's ass. What an embarrassment of a human being.

Dear Senator Roberts:

I urge you to complete Phase II of the investigation you agreed to in February, 2002--how intelligence was used in the run up to the war in Iraq.

Our soldiers, who are serving and dying in Iraq, deserve no less.

To all the other Senators:

Dear Senator Foghorn Leghorn:

I urge you to sign Senator Kerry's letter urging the Intelligence Committee to complete Phase II of the investigation Chairmain Roberts agreed to in February, 2002--how intelligence was used in the run up to the war in Iraq.

Our soldiers, who are serving and dying in Iraq, deserve no less.

8. Surely he's not as bad as Brownback
It's been awhile (about a decade) since I lived in Kansas so I'll take your word for it though.

2. I've been hearing bad things about Mitchell's
coverage of the rove issue the past couple of days. Glad she's seen the light.

6. Mrs Greenspan doesn't wish to appear as a
Bush Regime Whore, so she is actually reporting truth for a change.

13. Especially after the truth keeps stacking up higher and higher on
Wilson's side. Perhaps Ms. Andrea is starting to notice handwriting on the wall, and has taken a moment to read some of it. If she thinks this is gonna be bad for bush/rove/etc, she's not going to want to be seen as an apologist or enabler anymore. She may merely be another rat that can see the ship is starting to sink. And I suppose her husband could be whispering a few things in her ear. Wall Street doesn't want to go down with a sinking ship, either.

10. I saw her for a bit this evening and had to do a double-take
I thought she'd been replaced by someone -- an actual journalist, perhaps -- POSING as Andrea Mitchell. It was actually surreal to hear her NOT lying and spouting Admin talking points.

11. Tonight, Andrea Mitchell was not a Bush Whore.
That may all change tomorrow.

How many times have we seen "Joe Biden is ON FIRE" threads, only to see him run back into the welcoming arms of the Bush administration?

But credit where credit is due. Tonight, Andrea Mitchell was NOT a Bush Whore.

:toast:

She said that Wilson was a "proven partisan."
