Anyone up on Kenny-Boy Lay?

There was supposed to be some pre-trial stuff scheduled for late Autumn last year and I knew that wouldn't happen because of he election. At that time they rescheduled for March of this year and I haven't heard a thing.
I know Bush's SEC insider trading investigation was dropped because there were Bush lawyers heading the SEC and everywhere else.
Now that Gonzales is AG and remembering how he took a lot of money from Enron in Texas and helped them when he was on the Texas Supreme Court.....
