So I want to know, if Rove said he found out Plame's identity from Novack, then who did Novack find out from? Does anyone know who told Novack? Noone seems to be mentioning anything about Novack in recent news coverage.

4. Well, damn. Doesn't that guiltify both Novak & Rove

under the law against disclosing the identity of undercover operatives? Don't forget that Novak KNEW Plame was undercover, as indicated by his use of the word "operative" in describing her role in the original story.

Indeed, Rove confirmed it for Novak.....Novak needed a second source, a reliable source. Rove wasn't told by Novak, he was asked if it were true and then they both schemed to slander, to liable Joe Wilson's family.
