the interesting questing is whether he perjured himself during Fitzgerald's investigation. My guess is he did. Mark Shields says Fitzgerald's investigation is focusing on the cover up that followed the leak, which means there could be a number of indictments if others lied to protect Rove. And don't forget obstruction of justice.

Somedays I do think that is possible with Tucker Carlson. Most of the others... no way in hell. But there are days when Tucker seems almost sane, I still don't agree with him on those days, but he seems almost sane.
