A question for the next press briefing:
Scotty, Larry Johnson, a registered Republican and retired CIA officer wrote yesterday that President Bush "...is standing idly by while a legion of Republican operatives fan out on the airwaves in an unrelenting assault on the character and reputation of Valerie Wilson, a CIA intelligence officer." Furthermore, a "...current campaign being directed by the Republican National Committee to continue to smear the reputation and motives of Valerie Plame, an active employee of the CIA, who is not permitted to answer her critics and must sit quietly by while a group of bullies and cowards like Congressman Peter King, RNC Chairman Mehlman, Cliff May, and Victoria Toensing, among others, spread falsehoods about her status and actions."
My question, Scotty is "Will president Bush continue to do nothing while Republican operatives smear a citizen who has given 20 years of her life in a very dangerous service to our nation, and who cannot, because she continues to serve the nation, defend herself?"

We should DU by MASS MEDIA MAILINGS sending out this question, until someone asks it. Wow....

I'm nominating this. How else do we begin to DU something?

4. I just want to point out
to the American people that this gang of thugs is anything but principled (i.e., moral), and anything but patriotic.

6. My rec. just put you on the greatest page...
Here's Scotty's answer though: "I won't comment on an ongoing criminal investigation." What a wimp.

But, of course, just asking the question gets the news out.

9. Scotty would probably be greatful for some Gannon questions.
Scotty, were you, Karl Rove, or the President himself clients of the male prostitute Jeff Gannon when he slept over in the White House, and if so, who pitched and who caught?

12. ROFLMAO!
Now THAT is a question I DEFINITELY want to hear asked. But, whoever asks it better be retiring--because he/she won't be working after that.

14. has anybody put up money for someone to ask the Bush twins question?
about joining the army and going to Iraq?

That would be a good follow up after Scotty says, "I can't answer about an ongoing investigation."

"Fair enough. On another matter, has the President encouraged his daughters to join the military and fight in Iraq given our current troop shortages?"

OR

"What should be done with Guard members who decide to stop showing up for drills like president did himself?"

OR

"Since the president skip at least a half dozen of his guard drills, would he be willing to make them up now with a unit serving in Iraq?"

7. my favorite no-win question: Could Bush survive without Karl?
If he says yes, Karl is pissed and feels stabbed in the back.

If he says no, Bush looks like the brainless petulant nitwit he is.

15. I would debate the soul part.
I doubt that he has one.

Bush is an empty vessel and Karl fills it.

You take away Karl, and Bush will flop around on the floor like a fish out of water.

21. Sig Line
It's me.

I just signed on today and I didn't understand what a sig line was, so I just stuck my name in there.

I outed myself. I just hope Rove doesn't end up smearing my wife over this.

and Monica,Clinton and health care. No balls were needed then, they just asked the hard AND personal questions.

Why is the MSM so FUCKING afraid of Bush,Rove and the rest of the Repukes?
