As in - * isn't asking Rove what Rove said, he's asking him if *'s ass is covered in this sorry, treasonous mess. And Rove's answer is probably, "your's is if mine is." There's no honor among thieves.

Rove has * by the balls. He did his bidding by outing Plame. Now, the chickens have come home to roost, and Rove will call in his "I know too much for you to cut me loose" chit.
