4. I read something like this about KKKarl's family life....

I read long ago that Rove's mother, an unwed mother, had committed suicide when he was eight. His father, a very strict man, cared for him but when Karl became eleven, his father found it he was not Karl's father. The father abandoned him and some other family cared for him until he was fourteen years old. He was an award of the state and in foster homes until he became of age.

Karl also suffered cruelty in schools because he was fat, not attractive and wore hand-me down clothes from orphanages.

Karl Rove sounds like a buy with an axe to grind or an axe to kill.
