He's my senator and I'm ashamed to say I can't remember what he did.

2. Feingold's one of my favorite Senators
but he doesn't appear to be one of the cosigners of Kerry's letter:

Tim Johnson, Jon Corzine, Jack Reed, Frank Lautenberg, Barbara Boxer, Edward Kennedy, Thomas Harkin, Jeff Bingaman, Richard Durbin

If so, I'm unaware of their attempts. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

4. Feingold has talked about it in a town hall meeting in WI

to say he would ask Blair. It was about the same time that Kerry gave the interview to the Cod Times newspaper.

Clark has evoked it a couple times, I think.

Nobody else to my knowledge.
