11. Israel
Refused to extradite Samuel Sheinbein, after he fled to Israel for the murder and dismemberment of his friend Alfredo Tello, his accomplice, Aaron Needle committed suicide by hanging himself in the
Montgomery County jail in Maryland.

So Mr. Needle got his just deserts, Mr. Sheinbein, who is serving his time in an Israeli prison, could possibly be paroled in 2013 after serving 14 years of a 24 year prison sentence.

There is one caveat, if Mr. Sheinbein should attempt to enter the U.S. or any country that belongs to the Interpol organization, he can be arrested and charged with first-degree murder, and no double jeopardy doesn't count.

15. Isreal refuses to extradite any citizen of theirs to any non Jewish land
They do try the people themselves and sentences them under Israeli law but they don't extradite.

10. I know it's a terrible reason to dislike somebody, but.....
who in the world would name their kid Saxby????

I tried to ignore that, and listened to him during the campaign. He's an arrogant, wealthy scumbag!

I repeat, if Saxby suggests it, it's BAD!!!!!!

8. Problem is, we no longer hold ourselves to constitutional standards
Anyone we suspect of being an "enemy combatant" would be fair game and never get a fair trial.

This would allow us to have un-fettered access to any citizen, of any country, anywhere in the world.

And the way things are going, any one of us could find ourselves at the wrong end of that law.

12. They are already kidnapping people around the world and torturing them
aka. 'Extraordinary Rendition'. Recently got us in trouble with the Italians, for instance.

Any one of us could find ourselves at the wrong end of the 'law' (or lack thereof) as it is now.

13. With that law, any country that doesn't cooperate would be sanctioned
Too bad we won't use this to make Pakistan turn-over Bin Laden, will we?

17. Let's use this.
Bush must give this nation the simple courtesy of refusing to harbor a suspected felon.

If you harbor a suspected felon, you share the guilt.
