2. Pros and cons - Dersowitz thinks Dems should demand straight
answers from him, and not vote to confirm if he wavers. A civil rights activist is saying we need to pick our battles, and we could get a worse nominee. Advises Dems not to fight the nomination.

Let the republician solve this

Then the Democrats should just all abstain from voting
Let the repug vote to confirm or reject
After all 2006 coming soon

It is up to their pro choice to fight this
Let it be a partisan thing

Lets be bipartisan on this and let the repug decide
