Quick poll on main page, lower right.

Should Roberts Be Confirmed.

2. Read again
The question is WILL he be confirmed... not should he be confirmed.
I agree that he probably will be confirmed but I definitely don't think he should be. Especially after reading this:

8. Unless it changed the poll question reads "do you think roberts WILL
be confirmed", not SHOULD he be confirmed. I still answered NO, but I think he probably will be confirmed.

12. Don't be a defeatist. We have valid reason to fight this nominee

and saying you're going to lose the battle before it's even begun is a sure way to lose once the fight has started.

19. I'm not saying we're going to lose the battle and I'm not a defeatist.
The question says do you "THINK" he will be confirmed. Right now I THINK he probably will, that in no way discounts the fight that he deserves it simply sets up the task ahead.

I appreciate the kick in the pants though, no time for complacency!

9. CNN was to coward to ask this question
The question is: Will he be confirmed, so the answer is probably yes, unfortunately.

14. 83691 votes is a LOT of Votes, that poll is over, Yes wins.
Edited on Wed Jul-20-05 10:49 AM by Up2Late
Plus, it doesn't give any valid (DUable) choices, It just says "Do you think he will be confirmed?"

It's a snap judgment Poll for Prejudicial people.
