Boston Globe Op Ed piece tells it like it is
Either chimpy is a gutless coward who goes back on his word, or he is complicit in the leak of a CIA operative. There is no in between, no grey area, he is simply one or the other (we report you decide).

1. Globe is right on...
"So why has Bush not acted? It seems there are two possibilities. The first is that he is a man of his word only when it suits his interests. ..... Perhaps Bush meant to say that he has one set of rules for his advisers and another for everyone else.
