Do any Montana Dems know who Judge Donald Malloy is?

I came across his name recently. He's the chief judge of the U.S. District court in Montana. He seems pretty cool--Clinton appointee, pro-environment rulings. I am wondering if he could be a possible Supreme Court nominee when the Dems take the White House back in 08. Does anyone here know how old he is? Or anything else about him?
