Clark takes lumps while honing media savvy

At a rally in Nashua yesterday, Clark said of the past week's struggles: "I knew I wasn't going to be the smoothest politician in this race. I didn't have those kinds of skills."
At every stop, he has tried to turn that trait into an asset, reminding voters that he is not a politician.
Still, the issues come up every time Clark faces a news conference or goes on a talk show. Clark was asked about Moore on NBC's "Meet the Press," and repeatedly in news conferences last week.
