Can Santorum even run in 2006?
I was just reading the Constitution to respond to another post, and came across the requirement that Senators have to be inhabitants of the State where they are elected. I know Santorum has been involved in a flap because he actually lives in Virginia. Does he have another residence in Pennsylvania too?

2. The Court has ruled: It is O.K.
Heck, Texas Dick Cheney claims he's from Wyoming.

5. He's renting out a house
in the Pittsburgh area. A cheap three-bedroom for him, his Stepford wife, and army of kids.

His residency is tenuous at best.

6. owns a house in Penn Hills;
a working class part of Pittsburgh....pays taxes and all that good stuff....remember he's a rove-boy, all those bases are covered.. however, he won his set by claiming his opponent was doing the same as he is now and was not a true resident....karma bit him in the ass.
