Roberts has a lot to answer to regarding his relationship with the Bush 2000 and 2004 Campaign, the 2000 FL Recount and Jeb Bush. Apparently the State of FL has been sending a lot of business to Roberts company which just opened their Miami office in 2000 since Jeb's fuzzy meeting with Roberts during the 2000 Recount.

Is a simple "pro-bono" trip to Florida enough to warrant the nomination to SCOTUS? These are questions that our illustrious reporters should be asking.
