Abu Ghraib Pictures and Conservative Politics
A court order required the DOD to produce pictures and videos of the Abu Ghraib prison yesterday. But the pentagon is stonewalling and thereby defying a court order. Good order and discipline? Obeying orders? Apparently not in our Army. In other words, in an attempt to keep his approval ratings above 40% bush and rumsfeld are keeping negative info from Americans.

Actually this action from the bush administration is bad news for free republic members who were anxiously looking forward to new pics to aid them in their attempts to masturbate. And limbaugh's whacky writers would come up with some more playful whacky conservative funnies to attach to the photos.

I know its hard to imagine but I think it sucks worse being them today than it did yesterday.

1. It certainly makes it clear they got something to hide.
The defense that they don't want to "embarrass" those in the photos is
an excuse that wouldn't fool a small child.

2. F*cking cowards!
Remember when Ken Starr released his report on the Clinton affair how the Republicans fell all over themselves getting every letter and punctuation mark on the Internet virtually overnight?

Now we have a truly damaging report and the f*cking GOP is stonewalling!

3. This makes the Bu$h regime a pack of felonious contemnors.
Rule-of-law? Rule-of-law my ass. Judith Miller is in jail for contempt of court. That is where Bu$h, Cheney, Rummy, and the rest of the cabal should be too. In jail. Awaiting impeachments and domestic trials for felonies and international trials for war crimes. The bastards are totally out of control. The US Senate should not even consider a nominee for the Supreme Court from a regime that is in contempt of court. For all the Senate knows, the Bu$h nominee could be a further attempt to sabotage the US judicial system, of which Bu$h-co is so blatantly contemptuous.

4. Roger that Sir and thank you for your service
I do believe you have a most excellent idea. Stop all Senate action until republicans look in the mirror and do something about it. I think I'll start stirring the pot in that direction right now.
