things about making public a top secret memo and he gets cut off for an ad and never to speak again

2. I caught Ben Stein on the telly this morning.. I suppose to the

uninformed and the infirm he comes across as making a good point about Nixon and Shrub. To me he came across as a media whore and a moron... spouting only what he has been told to say by some political hack. Pity.

I don't remember exactly what he said but it shut Safire up.

...then he was doing his best to make Judith out to be a poor victim sticking up for her principles (snerk), and Fitzgerald was this horrible mean prosecutor.

I still can't figure out how she fits into this...I hope we all find out one day.

Fitzgerald's prosecution brief urging Miller's incarceration stipulates that "her putative source has been identified and has waived confidentiality."

Even Times editor Bill Keller has conceded that there's no imaginable journalist's shield law that would protect her.

So, what is it that Miller won't divulge?
