Will Novak be indicted?

Nothing else explains why Novak has not said a single word about this case other than a fear by his attorney that it might be used against him in a trial.
It seems plausible that Novak has either struck a deal with the prosecutor or faces a potential obstruction of justice count for conspiring with Rove to get their stories straight.
