When does everyone think the CIA leak investigation will be over?
Does anyone know when this current grand jury term expires? And, when does everyone think this investigation will be over and indictments handed out?

(I remember just after Fitzgerald was named - way before the 2004 election, I predicted it would go beyond the 2004 election and people disbelieved it).

I would not be surprised if this investigation drags on for another year.

Anyone else?

2. It will extend beyond October

unless the Republicans force it to an end. Judith Miller will serve her six months without talking and Fitzgerald will try to get another contempt order against her. Shortly after that, she will finally talk. Whether she will tell the truth is another matter. That's my guess.

4. She's got it made the rest of her life...
has anyone else figured this out? She will have a huge, fat book contract and people will laud her for her "integrity" and all the while she is probably being treated like a queen in her cell. There will also probably be some sort of movie deal (hopefully it will just be a Lifetime thing and not a theatrical release).

6. Maybe not; she's not there for the hell of it and has stated
she's scared. That in itself is scary. Who is she protecting? For a grand jury to put her in jail equates to a lot, especially considering the folks who weren't willing to go.

5. Do you have a crystal ball? Some folks are hoping
Fitz gets it done before this current cabal brings Fitz down, so earlier would be preferable. Though I hear he's squeaky clean, which is a plus.

3. When bushie pardons all the crooks
I really don't want this to happen -- I want to see the whole bunch of traitors wearing orange jump suite -- but bushie gets away with everything.

He'll just pardon everyone -- and the fucking Republicans will kiss his ass -- and the citizens will be screwed once again by this idiot with the last name of bush.

pardon bushco? Not the world court. Not the court of public opinion. The judiciary? If he dares waste another $1.00 of public money to get his sorry ass out of another crime . let's protest . more.

8. Which reminds me.
The Clintons had to pay for their own attorneys. I wonder who is paying for the attorneys of the Bush people. After all, leaking the name of a CIA operative is not official business. Don't they have to pay themselves?

9. He got his own
private attorney last year (unnamed AFAIK). His parades, private snipers included, are footed by taxpayers. Who knows.

I just want him to be a legend in his own time.
LEGEND being the operative word.
