National Quinnipiac poll has Bush approval dropping to 41 percent!

What catches my eye is his approval is just 79 percent among Repukes; I've never seen it that low before. Of course, he's still tanking among independents, which is no surprise.

I thought he was talking about the 1930's and the depression, but this is much better news. So when do we start hearing about "Bush, the unpopular wartime president"?
