Obviously this administration has no respect for Congress, the law or
the Constitution. Pardoned felons in high places, a lying President and lying top officials fromt the VP through their pet planted pseudo journalist "Gannon" to fake military press releases...Please tell me what it takes to impeach this President and what does it take to get citizens out in numbers to protest this administation?

1. Only when something affects them personally.
Sorry to say it, but until some of ShrubCo's actions directly affect individual people, they're simply going to ignore what's going on.

I've seen it happen here! A guy at work was an avid Shrub supporter, UNTILL the company made wage reductions and cutbacks. All of a sudden, this same guy is saying "Holy Shit! What the hell is that Pres doing?"

It's sad, but that's what it's going to take.

2. We may know on 24 September...
The date of the big rally in D.C.

Here's hoping it won't take another Neo-Con war to do it!:scared:

3. In other news, water wet....
It will take a Democratic Congress uninhibited by DINOs such as Sen. Landrieu, Liebermann, Biden, or Clinton.

Protests accomplish nothing. The threat of an "angry mob" loses its punch when protestors go out of their way to do "peaceful protests". A "peaceful protest" is like shaking your fist at someone when you know and they know that you're not going to hit them. I'm not advocating violence; I'm just saying that threatening mass violence (which is basically what a protest really is, at its core) is pointless if you have no intention of following through.

In other words, they've long since called our bluff, and it's time to move to a different tactic. Protests don't have any effect, anymore.

5. c.f. 2004 RNC, various WTO, etc. use of Rex 84 internment camps
Also the use of provocateurs as a pretext for attacking, mutilating, and disfiguring protesters, as well as mass arrests. Google for "Guantanamo on the Hudson"

4. When we can't even get our own to vote against bullshit like CAFTA....
...how can we expect them, let alone Republicans, to evict the Chimperor and his treasonous shitbag crew?
