IMPT. Was Bolton on 2003 State Dept. trip to Africa ? (Plame info in memo)

Can someone find this out?

If so the likelihood is that Bolton fed the information that Mrs. Wilson (Plame) had her husband sent to Niger to Rove or other "high ranking administrative officials."

If the press startes specualting about this (and it's likely accurate) then a mid-term appointment to the UN would be politically out of the question.

Bolton was not on the trip to Africa. But it is very likely that he figured out what Plame and Brewster, Jennnings and Associates were on to.

Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Securty he likely would have had access to the memo.

He is likely the PRIMARY LEAKER.

Just like Bush to have someone like that represent us before the primary international body of out time.
