1. I tend to agree, but...

it's not just on Pelosi. It's on all of us to keep this issue alive, and start bombarding the media with e-mails, faxes, and phone calls, that we haven't forgotten Tom DeLay's various ethics scandals, just because Rovegate, Robertsgate, etc. have taken the spotlight of late.

I sent out various pleas to my fellow progressives to have the media's phones off the hook as the vote was being drawn out for an hour. When people start listening to these kinds of appeals, only then will we be able to make any significant hay of it.
