Should the Democrats hold a forum?
There's been so much debate within our party about how to regain power in Washington, and we haven't really reached much of a consensus. One thing is for sure though- we won't win very many elections if we continue to be divided amongst ourselves. I think the Democratic party should hold a forum where members of the very liberal wing of the party meet with the representatives from the more moderate wing of our party (DLC) and compromise on a platform that we all can agree on, so that we can focus on what's really important: defeating the Republicans. I really think it's important for us to come together under a platform that we're all satisfied with, even if it's not absolutely perfect.
