The only question is whether Congress and WH on vacation will make them wait until Sept. Or, will they hand down indictments now with everybody on vacation?

Also, the big Watergate indictments happened on Mar 1, 1974, a Friday.

How important is the timing of these things? Will Fitz and the grand jury be concerned at all about timing? How so?
