Gore' TV Network

I heard earlier this morning that Gore's TV network would launch today. I just got finished looking at what I think whas the website for the network. I am disappointed. It seems that it will be a large number of documentary, most of which do not really focus on topics that people need to know about. I of the shows seem to look at identity problems because a guy's phone number ended up on Paris Hilton's phone. I was hoping that Gore would use his network to make sure people were informed about the things that were coming out of Congress; to let people know what is in the bills being pushed through congress

with a lot of advertising

Geez :shrug: ...Kinda tough to rate it when it hasn't had time to get rolling.

Sounds like it could be an interesting concept.. and who knows-- it may catch on?

5. I was pretty interested

There are a couple of clips that I watched that I found interesting - I'm pretty open to the idea and would probably watch it regularly if my cable company offered it.

I like the idea that much of the content is derived from the audience rather then the network so it will always, at least partly, offer something of interest to the viewer.

It hasn't even been on for 1 day - give it time. Heck, MTV didn't even garner any good reviews until a few years after it's launch.

If you want a news channel, I suggest you send Independent World Television some money to get it on more channels and help launch it to a wider audience then just the Internet.
