Has the RW smear of Patrick Fitzgerald started?

I thought I detected the beginnings of a smear being floated by Kate O'Beirne on MTP (I think, maybe it was FTN. I rarely watch them). Something about "people are questioning" as to when indictments would be brought. But now, with the Bolton news, I am not seeing anything. I thought for sure the RW would start pummeling Fitzgerald. Maybe they're still writing their talking points.

August is kind of a dead month -- everybody is on vacation, and as we know the WHite House doesn't like to roll out a new product then.

Look for it in September; I'd imagine wicked witch Karl has ordered a justice dept "work-up" on Fitz. And he and Ken are working on the lies.

they accuse fitzgerald of not applying standard procedures for evidence and subpeona powers.

the appellate court dismissed without merit the charges, but the die had been cast, in march of this year to attack fitzgerald.
