When you leap over your opponent's lectern and start pummeling his face, you really ought to lose by default. I wouldn't even participate in a debate that would allow for that sort of behavior.

7. I'd walk in front of the podia to shake his hand

with a carton of cigarettes between my shoulder blades, under my jacket. When the moderator demanded I be inspected, I would demand the same of GWB. Then I'd offer the cigarettes to Laura.

I would never look at the moderator or the audience, just directly into Bush's eyes.
