Hackett has 52%!
According to an AAR news report just now (9pm est) they said that Hackett has 52% and is in the lead!

If the other candidate is leading the race, the vote total is altered so that the selected candidate now leads 51% to 49%--vote-flipping, in other words. This is the software program that Clint Curtis says Tom Feeney asked him to design--Curtis has passesd a lie-detector test, by the way.
