Is Clermont where the 'terror' lockdown in 2004 election was?

During the 2004 presidential election there was a vote counting center in Ohio that was 'locked down' and no reporters were permitted to observe.

The excuse was that it was a terror alert.

Does anyone know if that was in Clermont county??

5. Well, the whole district went 75-25 Repub the last 4 times

Not sure what you are talking about, but thats not surprising from a district like this.

I think they said on Majority Report that out of 435 house seats it was in the top 5 or 10 most conservative in the country.

Just trying to find out if that is where the fake 'terror' vote counting went on last November.
