John McLaughlin's cryptic mention of Al Gore tonight--anybody else see it?

It was at the very end of the McLaughlin Group. I wasn't watching but came in just as the "predictions" were coming up near the end. After all the panel opined, McLaughlin barks into the camera: "Gore's Back!"

No context. At all. I would have thought he would have mentioned the TV channel if it was about that. But NADA....

Shrub was voted in by the Supremes. They stopped the vote recount; it was done after shrub was sworn in and Gore really won. We're sensitive about that here. Very sensitive.

8. If did quite a bit of research a couple of weeks ago re: Gore's activities

Gore has said he's not running....but he's been politicking in places like MN and had his first "family picnic" in TN at the end of July. It looks like there's a documentary film on his incredible "show" on the environment in the works. You never know....he may not be running, but he's been making a lot of business connections and think tank contacts in many areas. It's fascinating.....

When I saw the Algore-08 website (which had the AnybodybutBush URL until recently), it struck me as if it was set up as a campaign site. The mail address is a a Mailbox Etc. location, just down the street from Al Gore's office in Nashville. Both are a stone's throw from the section of town where he lives.....I found them all on Mapquest!

In 2000 I wasn't old enough to vote yet and I'd LOVE to vote for him. I was proud to have my first vote casted for Kerry but if Gore was running we could seriously kick some ass. I think he has changed a LOT and the 2008 Gore is really great and comes across on the tv a lot better I think. As Jon Stewart once said on the DNC convention coverage on the "Daily Show" last year: "Doesn't he sound great? Losing the presidency really agrees with him."
